A blog about Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, Queensland – a unique little paradise under forty kilometres as the seagull flies from Brisbane CBD.

It’s good to see some of our council rates resurfacing.

Lamb Island’s main drag, Lucas Drive, is copping a certain amount of TLC via a whole bunch of council guys and trucks and associated road-fixing machinery hard at work on the island at the moment. Mind you, given the laid-back pace of life here, I’m inclined to think that the ‘SLOW’ side of that traffic controller guy’s lollipop sign is kinda redundant.
