The clearing of the lonesome pine.

This shot caught my eye early one morning as I was wandering Lamb Island. While from this angle it may look like it’s tucked away in the woods, it’s actually a vacant allotment with a pine in the middle of it. That buff-coloured strip beyond the base of the tree is actually a road.
