A blog about Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, Queensland – a unique little paradise under forty kilometres as the seagull flies from Brisbane CBD.
Because of restraints on time, and let’s face it, only a limited amount of material on a small island, we’re now recycling selected earlier posts.
There’s not a comment facility, but if you have a question, you can use the email gizmo near the bottom of the right-hand column.

Whatever boat fits your lifestyle. And your house.

Given the fact that nobody on Lamb Island lives more than a minute or two from the boat ramp (and from there the aquatic delights of the bay) it’s only to be expected that many of the locals have boats, ranging from tinnies to yachts and everything in between. And it looks to me like the residents of the Lamb Island house shown above have as big a boat as works for them. Not necessarily determined by their lifestyle needs as much as by the available headroom in their garaging space.
